Refund policy

Not happy with your Savage Patch Kids product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

US Customers: 

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

International Customers: 

Please email support@savagepatchkids.app to process your return authorization. You will receive a return confirmation email along with detailed instructions for returning your order.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Savage Patch Kids is not responsible for covering shipping costs & fees.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
